A New Week, New Problems for the SAT!

Hello, everyone. Here are several problems that most students skip or guess on during the SAT. Here is an opportunity to try these problems out. And get feedback. Remember my office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30 pm online through email.

Effort gets you credit. Do nothing and you get nothing. Take a picture of your work. Circle the answer. Send me the pic and get credit. It is that simple.

These set of problems are due by Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at midnight. Please be safe.

Second Assignment of the New Quarter!

Here are the next round of problems. They will be due on Tuesday, May 12 at midnight. Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors - do the problems on a separate sheet of paper. Number the problems; circle the answers. Take a picture of your work and email it to me. Remember I am looking for the work, not just answers.

Keep in mind these problems are to help you for SAT, whenever you take it! Since Mother's Day is coming up .. only five problems this week.

Welcome to Quarter 4 of the 2019-2020 School Year!

Hi, everyone. Here is the new online assignment for Academic Skills Class. I will be posting weekly questions for you to do. Each assignment will be due by Monday Midnight, the following week.

I have email office hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.

Remember, do the questions, show the work, circle the answer, take a picture, and email it to me. It is not enough to do the problems. I am interesting in seeing your thought process on paper. It will help me to help you prepare for the future SAT/ACT that you will take at some point in your high school career.

These problems are due by Monday, May 4 at Midnight. Remember, try to do these problems.

Quarters 3 and 4 Academic Skills Class

Per the Governor's Orders, the new material for this class will not be posted until April 27, 2020. Assignments from March 16th up to April 3rd are due by April 17th to increase your 3rd quarter grade, if so desired.

Here is the next set of problems. I'm not sure if the SAT is cancelled for this school year, but there will be a next school year. We could get SAT for the juniors in the fall of 2020 and SAT for the new juniors in the spring of 2021. We need to stay sharp with the math!
