SLFE/ZLFE ... Chapter 9 continues

Above: remember that 2 - 8 = -6. But in terms of writing with exponents, bases with negative exponents are written in the denominator as positive exponents. Try the above the long way and you will see.



Above, remember the rule: a number over itself, except for zero, is one.
