Algebra Information in the New Year!

This week we are discussing 4 Ways To Show Algebra: Story, Table, Graph and Equation. We are also talking about domain and range.

Here is a picture of what we discussed also in class:

Tomorrow, I will post student work on the blog.

The Final School Week in 2015!

In Algebra, we are preparing for the chapter 3 test again!

Here are some videos to review the material.

The one below is very important. Fractions in linear equations!

In Honors Geometry, we are reviewing parallel and perpendicular theorems.

We also did some problems. Here is the work to show that angles are congruent, if you are told that lines are parallel.

Here you must show work to see if lines are parallel based off the fact that linear pairs are supplementary or that alternate interior angles are congruent in specific cases.

Based on several theorems, we can find the angle measures.

An opportunity for EXCR!

If you are an Algebra student, for extra credit, create a vocabulary worksheet involving the blue words. It is due by December 17, 2015.

If you are a Geometry student for extra credit, create a vocabulary worksheet involving the red words. It is due by December 17, 2015.
